Building Empires in the Everyday
Gather is a women's collective that believes in a woman's ability, potential and significance in building her own unique empire in the everyday. We’re a knowledge-sharing and experience-building network that operates in a social format. We aim to inspire our members to try something new and build meaningful relationships through our series of regular and one-off events.
We are professionals, mothers, students, optimists, realists, just-getting-on-with-its, who share a determination for change and a spirit of community.
We meet twice a month in two social formats, Gather Brunch and Gather Drinks. They are both great events for newcomers to meet the regular gang in an informal environment.
Brunch happens on the third Saturday or Sunday of each month - we try to alternate. We encourage the keen readers amongst us to bring along a book they are willing to loan to the community by way of an informal book share, if they fancy.
Drinks are scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month and operate in a way that women can drop in on their way home from work, or settle in for an evening of catching up together.
Both events are very popular and, venue dependent often limited to 15-20 people so be sure to register early. We always operate a waiting list so we can offer last minute places to those interested. Pay your own way on the day.
These are our special evening events where two inspirational women share some wisdom by way of short format presentation over an evening of wine. These happen sporadically several times a year. If you pencil in any Gathering this month, make it this one. Free - wine and food purchasable at venue.
Bespoke one-off events where we team up with women-lead local enterprises. These events aim to offer you the opportunity to try something new or different, whilst offering a platform for local entrepreneurs and business women to share their story and product. Ticket prices vary, often circa £15-20*

We are currently London based, hosting events in and around the London area. Twice a year we host a greater UK and abroad based event via our Connections programme.
*We are a not for profit collective. Ticket prices only ever cover the base costs of running each event.
