GATHER EXPERIENCE

Whether you're coming to meet the alpacas, get some fresh country air or learn what mental health and well-being looks like in and outside the workplace, join us in June for a day out to West Sussex.

Rose Kourie is a trained Occupational Therapist and has started her own business with a focus on mental health. Rose is generously hosting us at her cottage for a day of adventure and workshops. She will also be joined by Nicolette Wilson-Clarke, Master Coach to Women Entrepreneurs who will host the second workshop, all details below.

We've curated a day of inspiration, relaxation and lunch - we hope that you'll join us.

9 a.m. Meet at London Bridge Station

• Meet and greet the animals (goats, alpacas, dogs, cat - you'll get to meet the whole gang)
• Workshop with Nicolette
• Lunch
• Workshop with Rose
• Country wander

Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Rose will give a talk on mental health and how we can support one another through active listening and signposting.

£16 - covers the workshops, shared lunch, snacks, taxi from station to cottage

We ask that guests also:

• wear comfy clothing and walking shoes that don't mind a bit of mud (raincoat/jacket if applicable)
• arrange your own travel to/from Horsham Station for 10am*. Taxis have been arranged to take the group from Horsham Station to the cottage on your behalf.

*If you would like to travel by train with the group, we have bought tickets for the 9:05am from London Bridge, arriving Horsham 9:57am with off-peak anytime return. We'll meet at the departure boards on concourse for 8:50am. We recommend letting us know that you'd like to travel with us so we know to look out for you on the day!
