Curious about the impact of mediation?

Tried it yourself?

Maybe you finished off a yoga class with a 5 or 10 minute meditation and noticed that you felt a little 'lighter'?

Do you inherently 'know' you should take better care of yourself, but not quite sure what this could look like?

If you'd like to delve a little deeper into these areas of looking after yourself, this could be the Gather Experience for you.

We'll chat about what mediation is and how you can make it work for you.  We'll look at different styles and ways of 'quieting the mind', and we'll have an interactive chat about what it means to give yourself 'Self-Care' in practical and effective ways.  We finish the session with a casual soup lunch and crusty bread. 

Tara Jackson is the author of 'Embodied: A Self-Care Guide for Sensitive Souls' which includes 52 practical and grounded tips for self care.  She will join Michelle Francis who works with energy and meditation to help people manage issues that may be holding them back from living their best lives. 

This is an intimate session so places are limited. Venue is in Marylebone.  Exact details will be provided with ticket confirmation.
