Curious about the impact of mediation?
Tried it yourself?
Maybe you finished off a yoga class with a 5 or 10 minute meditation and noticed that you felt a little 'lighter'?
Do you inherently 'know' you should take better care of yourself, but not quite sure what this could look like?
If you'd like to delve a little deeper into these areas of looking after yourself, this could be the Gather Experience for you.
We'll chat about what mediation is and how you can make it work for you. We'll look at different styles and ways of 'quieting the mind', and we'll have an interactive chat about what it means to give yourself 'Self-Care' in practical and effective ways. We finish the session with a quick discussion to answer any thoughts or questions.
