About The Event
Gather has teamed up with the wonderful Kate and Melanie to bring you this free Sunday session on how we can tap into some self-care, supported by some of the product range from Arbonne and a guided breathing meditation. Read on to hear from Kate, herself.
Who
Hi, I'm Kate Winfield a Hatha yoga instructor and wellness consultant that jumped the corporate ship after ten years in AdTech in both London and New York. I embarked on a journey of self exploration last year and it changed my life forever.
I made a decision at the beginning of last year to start living more mindfully, to change my diet to be more plant-based, nourish my body and mind with holistic practices, work a job that gives me the lifestyle I really want, whilst helping other woman just like me and be proud to be in my skin; natural and beautiful.
Over the last 18 months, I have travelled, lived in two new countries, learnt new skills, achieved two new qualifications, pushed myself both mentally and physically, made new friends, met my fiancé, started a health and wellness business, and decided to cultivate a life based on choices.
Why
When we choose to live well and in alignment with our-authentic-selves, our desires begin to manifest. We experience creative flow, positive energy, a ‘special’ awareness that, perhaps, wasn’t there before. This alignment means our mind, body, and heart are one, and this—my friends—is the key to success!
