About The Event
Creating your Mandala is a form of active meditation - soothing and calming. Amelia from The Blissful Art will guide through the process to find your own style and to get immersed in the drawing.
When you draw a Mandala you connect to your creative flow, allowing your mind to have a rest from the daily stress and make space in yourself for growth and personal development.
What to expect
- A short introduction to Mandala and what it means to undertake mindful mandala drawing
- A presentation of colours and their meaning so you can choose the right colours for you in your drawings - did you know you that can use colours to change your mood, feel energised, relaxed or even find inspiration? You'll learn all of this and much more in this workshop.
- The drawing and colouring of a beautiful, personal Mandala, unique to you.
- At the end of the workshop you will have your own Mandala to take it home.
A glass of Prosecco will be offered (included in the price) or you can choose a non alcoholic drink if you prefer.
What you need to know
You don't need any previous drawing experience or skill, as this workshop is about experiencing mindfulness through intuitive drawing. All you need to do is be willing to connect with your creativity, draw intuitively and allow yourself to relax.
About your host
The workshop will be guided by Amelia Miraut who is a London based intuitive artist, wellness coach and holistic therapist. She is the owner of The Blissful Art, promoting well-being through art, mindfulness and creativity. She also creates spiritual jewellery and mandala art.
